Rum Agricole Ambré Bielle - 50cl

The Rum Agricole Ambrè Bielle is a rum that belongs to the valuable production of most famous distillery in Marie Galante, island with stunning beaches at the South of Guadeloupe, in the Caribbean. Even the deep golden appearance reminds enchanting horizons, stop in time... just like the environment enclosed in and around the artisanal distillery that includes local suppliers of pure sugar cane, who travel aboard of ancient ox carts. This rum is made using the spirit at the base of the other prestigious Biella’s rum, the Rum Agricole Blanc: having been placed for a period less than eighteen months in oak barrels, where Cognac has been previously aged, the aging enhances it of precious woody hints, which remind Bourbon and fade in fruity delicious notes. The roundness and persistence that characterize it make it very pleasant to be enjoyed alone or as noble ingredient of cocktails with champagne. The name “Ambrè” refers to the addition of caramel, the reason of its Caribbean aspect.
