Tomaresca-Antinori's Moscato di Trani Passito 'Kaloro' was born in the Castel del Monte area in beautiful, sunny Puglia. The Antinori family decided to invest in this land of enormous potential, focusing on the valorisation of native vines and the intrinsic qualities of the territory. The estate symbolises a tale of wines, sun and sea, and the vineyards rise in beautiful expanses that slope slowly down to the sea for a wonderful spectacle. The winery stands out for the quality and personality of the final product.

The grapes of Tomaresca-Antinori's Moscato di Trani Passito 'Kaloro' are cultivated following the dictates of the organic regime, with total respect for the natural growth and development phases of the plants and bunches. The climate is Mediterranean with hot, sultry summers and mild winters, with no particular temperature swings between day and night. Harvesting takes place at the beginning of September, after which the grapes are dried in the sun, a practice that helps to concentrate the sugars and develop a range of aromas. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel, as does ageing. It spends some time in the bottle.

The colour of Moscato di Trani Passito 'Kaloro' by Tomaresca-Antinori is an intense amber-golden yellow with brilliant reflections. The nose perceives hints of citrus fruits, candied fruit and honey, with balsamic notes at the end; in the mouth it is enveloping, elegant and inviting with a final freshness that recalls goblet after goblet.
