The Merla Bianca by Cascina degli Ulivi is yet another masterpiece by Stefano Bellotti, an authentic star in the area of Novi Ligure that has conquered the world of wine, thanks to its truly and unique wines, full of personality and never standardized. Wines in which emerges the philosophy of Stefano, a philosophy based on minimal intervention in the vineyard and following the principles of biodynamics.

Since he is 18 years old Stefano deals with agriculture, picking up a small family business in which he had been no more than an acre of vineyard. A dream turned into reality, a more unique setting, careful attention to the environment and all that surrounds us.

The Merla Bianca goes beyond archetypes born from aromatic varieties such as Sauvignon and Traminer and is vinified and aged in oak barrels from 5 hl, on the lees for 18 months. A wine suitable for long aging bear giving us unique evolution; a wine made from clay and limestone soils of this area, from vineyards of nearly 10 years and that is parked in the bottle for another 18 months after the aging in wood.
