The family Antoniolo produces four labels of Gattinara wine, Gattinara San Francesco is one of the three cru of this cellar, created by Alberto Antoniolo in a rigorous and careful way to preserve all the specificities of this terroir. Since 1948, when Mario Antoniolo enters the wine world, today with Alberto is the third generation of this winery. This beautiful winery knows how to understand the qualitative contributions of modern technology, without abandoning the traditional style of interpretation which sees in the purity of terroir, the key of the quality of a wine. For this reason Alberto, since many years uses only indigenous yeasts for the production of fine wines.
