The Franciacorta Dosage Zero "Nero" from Colline della Stella winery is a wonderful bubble born entirely from Pinot Noir: a sparkling wine that is unique, a rare example of Andrea Arici’s mastery.

The Franciacorta Dosage Zero "Nero" was born in Gussago, in clay-calcareous soils and in steep vineyards with an amphitheater shape that Andrea has recovered in the late nineties. The wine is aged in stainless steel for 6 months on fine lees, with battonage every 20 days; for 36 months, the second fermentation in the stack takes place and is followed by an aging in bottle for some months.

The bottles Andrea makes are just over a thousand and embody his infinite passion for his work. As every Franciacorta, this "Nero" is a Pas dosè, full of vibrant energy to whom Andrea has chosen not to add sugar. The Franciacorta is well told in an authentic way, unfolding in mineral nuances that are really unique: in the glass straw, rich and fine bead, the nose intensely vertical and fruity in the mouth strongly fresh and savory, it is a really fascinating Franciacorta, for important dinners and special moments.
