Entemari Pala 2013

The Entemari is definitely one of the top products of the winery Pala, perhaps the Sardinian white wine with the greatest aging potential and for this reason it is produced only in the best years.

In Sardinian Entemari means "sea wind" and name this Sardinian winery wanted to give this white wine produced from Chardonnay, Vermentino and Malvasia Sarda, it contains the main feature of this territory: the sea breeze flowing slowly between rows and salt, that is the element that characterizes many white wines of Cantina Pala. We are in the vineyard Is Crabilis and Acquassona, on vine of 20-35 years old of vineyards planted a sapling and low espalier; we are between 150 and 180 meters above sea level, on soils rich in clay and limestone. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel before they spend a few months in the bottle; thus was born the Entemari of Pala, a Sardinian white wine that shows a broad nose where the special notes of peach and broom, with the character of the typical buttery Chardonnay.
