Cartizze Dry Ruggeri

Cartizze Ruggeri is the flagship of the winery Ruggeri, a winery founded in 1950 by Giustino Bisol, but present in the Valdobbiadene area for growing grape since 1500, as illustrated by contemporary documents. The Prosecco grape, now renamed Glera, particularly that collected between the territories of Saccol, Santo Stefano and San Pietro di Barbozza, surroundings of the town of Valdobbiadene, is able to give us unique tasting experience. In fact it is in these soils that is located the hill that gives its name to Cartizze, one of the hills more precious for the production of wine, of which the Bisol family has 3 acres. It 's an area that seems to have been created specifically to cultivate the vine: winds on a very steep hill crest, 300 meters above sea level, enjoying wonderful sun exposure and continued ventilation. The experience and tradition of the Cantina Ruggeri are found in flavor, in scents and perlage of Cartizze: balanced, pleasantly fresh, intense, persistent and with a final feeling of refined harmony.
