The grapes come from two small plots within the Premier Crus Les Beaumonts territory, which is located in the northwest part of Vosne-Romanée, towards Flagey-Échezeaux. The vineyards enjoy a favorable east-facing exposure and are rooted in \u003cstrong\u003esoils composed of clay-limestone marls\u003c\/strong\u003e, particularly suited to Pinot Noir, which expresses itself with extraordinary elegance and richness. Harvesting operations are carried out manually, with selection of the best bunches to be sent to vinification, which is done using only indigenous yeasts and with 20 percent of the bunches not destemmed.
