The fermentation of the base wines takes place entirely in barrels; the re-fermentation phase in the bottle with ageing lasts far longer than the minimum period imposed by the specifications and reaches \u003cstrong\u003e60 months on the lees\u003c\/strong\u003e in the bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eBollinger's \"Grande Année\" Champagne Brut presents a golden yellow colour, intense and luminous.
