The idea is to enhance the native Sicilian grape par excellence, namely Nero d'Avola, and to combine it with international varieties such as Petit Verdot and Syrah that can enrich the wine with spicy and elegant nuances. Production follows traditional processes ranging from low yields per hectare to manual harvesting, which then involves careful selection of the best bunches.
